What to get Moms who CrossFit for Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day is right around the corner, so what should you get for that special CrossFitting mom on your list?

1. Gear

What Mom doesn’t love cute workout clothes? I know I can never get enough of them. Try this cute top and workout leggings below.

Then, of course, you need CrossFit shoes and cool socks to go with those outfits, right?

2. Equipment

And a good foam roller and yoga mat are always appreciated, as well as resistance bands.

3. Treats

I’m always trying to get more protein in my diet to build those muscles, so some good quality protein bars (instead of, or along with) yummy dark chocolate (antioxidants!!!)) and maybe some protein powder.

4. Trackers

A fancy water bottle that calculates your consumption would be nice or a fitness tracker or heart rate monitor. And, of course, no list would be complete without including anything from B3, the best gym in Gainesville (and that is a totally unbiased opinion).
