Regardless of your athletic history or current level of fitness, we want your experience at B3 to be the very best it can be. To make this happen, we have designed program we call “Fit Start.” These classes will give you a great introduction to basic techniques, warm-ups, and exercises.

By it’s definition, it uses “constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity”. As a truly functional program, the difficulty level of our daily workouts is designed to be increased or decreased, depending upon the individual. This makes them doable by anyone.
