A runner at heart, Amanda got out of her comfort zone and eventually fell in love with lifting weights. She is passionate about becoming the best version of herself both in the gym and in life and she shares that passion with the members at B3. Amanda is B3's Nutrition Coach and enjoys cooking and sharing her knowledge of everything food! Amanda is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 coach, Pose Method Running Technique Specialist, and CrossFit Kids Coach.
