What should I expect at my first session?

At your first session we will assess your personal goals and then ease into various strength and conditioning segments to test your fitness level and find a good workout plan for you. You won’t have to overexert yourself or participate in any activities you don’t feel comfortable with. It’s all about what you want and need to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.

Do I need to be in shape before I start training?

No, our members start at all fitness levels from beginner to elite. If you are in a group class such as the Better than Yesterday Challenge or one of our Crossfit classes, everyone does the same WOD. However, the coaches specialize in scaling every WOD to your personal fitness level. For instance, everyone in class will lift weights, but some will lift heavier weights and some lighter, and some people may do more repetitions or fewer repetitions. As your fitness level increases. Even if you’ve never worked out a day in your life, you can still train at B3.

How long do the workouts last?

Our sessions typically last 60 minutes.

How often do I need to workout?

It depends on your personal goals and your availability. Some members only work out once a week, some work out every day. Each member’s plan is customized. Our gym is open Monday through Saturday from 5am until 7:30pm. Most of our members attend classes 3-5 days per week. Our schedule includes morning and evening classes, plus some classes in the middle of the day.

Will I get big and bulky?

No. If you are taking supplements and your goal is to get big and bulky it’s possible, but our members are typically focused on being in shape and healthy, not bulking up. Check out our photo gallery to see what our members look like.

Are group classes as beneficial as personal sessions?

Group classes and personal training are both beneficial, but can fit different needs. Please see our personal training page to see if personal training with one of our professional coaches is right for you. Everyone at every fitness level is welcome in our group classes.
