GETTING STARTED

Start your CrossFit journey at B3 Gym. With one-on-one attention from our passionate coaches, you’ll build a strong foundation for a lifetime of functional fitness. We cater to members of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. Whether an Olympic athlete or coach potato, we pride ourselves in results and want to help you reach your potential.

Step 1: Schedule an Intro Session


Meet with one of our staff and tell us about your goals, past training, work/home life, nutrition and lifestyle. We want to know where you are now so we can help you get to where you want to be!

Step 2: On-Ramp Classes


All new clients start here! We’ll test all areas of your fitness so our coaches can better understand your strengths, address mobility concerns, and find opportunities to help you with your next steps!

Step 3: Private or Group Training


Once you complete your On Ramp classes, you can continue your fitness journey with 1-on 1 coaching or enter into our group classes, based on your overall needs.

Step 4: Free Nutrition Consult


You’ll meet with our nutrition coach to help you understand how to create long-term lifestyle changes to get rid of stubborn body fat and feel more confident at home, in the gym and at work!
