Better Than Yesterday


This is where it all begins.

The Better Than Yesterday Challenge is a six week introduction to crossfit as a fitness program and to B3 as a fitness community. It’s a fun and varied workout three days a week, meals plans, and personal weekly challenges to encourage you to jump start your fitness journey. The workouts are scalable to every fitness level and every improvement is celebrated. You will be joining a group of other newcomers challenging themselves to show, no matter where they are in their own fitness journeys, that today can always be Better Than Yesterday.

Better Than Yesterday includes:

• 3-month success guide

• Weekly emails with tips, tools, and encouragement

• 6 weeks of Personalized Instruction in our BTY Classes (meets 3x/week)
