Coach
Growing up I started my love of sports in youth league baseball. In high school, I switched to football and played one year in a local semi-pro league. Along the way, I learned a lot about how to improve my own physical/mental health and how doing that in a team environment is the best way to be successful. I've met so many people who don't know how to start improving their health, that I decided to take up coaching at the gym where I was already a member so I can help others achieve their health goals.
