BEGINNER CrossFit in Gainesville, FL
During this 60-minute one-on-one session, you'll work with an expert coach, introducing you to bodyweight movements and practicing with lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and go over everything you need to know to be successful in our group fitness classes.
In this session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scaling options to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, we'll provide some information on how our group classes work, how to utilize our personalized member app, and how to find success in your workouts. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun!
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
