Bootcamp Classes in Gainesville, FL
Similar to CrossFit, our Bootcamp program focuses on constantly varied workouts performed at relatively high-intensity. We'll utilize a variety of objects to develop strength, mainly focusing on dumbbells and kettlebells. We'll develop your cardiovascular system using rowers, bikes, jump ropes, and running. We'll also add in a variety of bodyweight movements, from push-ups to squats to burpees and more. We do not program any barbells or high-skill gymnastics movements in Bootcamp. You'll get a great workout!
