Regardless of your athletic history or current level of fitness, we want your experience at B3 Gym to be the very best! That’s why we’ve designed a program called “On Ramp.”

On Ramp is an introduction to fitness and nutrition, focused on developing proper form and healthy habits necessary for success.

You’ll receive six personal training sessions in which an experienced coach will introduce you to all of the movements you’ll see in our regular group classes. Each session includes a warmup, skill segment, workout, and nutrition/lifestyle guidance all catered to your fitness level. Completion of this program will lay the foundation for you to move safely into our regular group classes.
